Process line 8/6 stations
An advanced production line where you get to practice communication between different PLCs. Plastic pucks are assembled and sorted based on material and color.
Description
The production line consists of 8/6 associated stations. Each station has its own PLC, and each communicates with the others. The PLCs are connected through a network switch. Each station is independent and can be disconnected from the production line to operate on its own. Every station is equipped with push buttons such as emergency stop, stop, start, reset, and indicator lights. The production line transports a cylinder that is controlled and receives a lid, after which the finished product is placed in storage.
