This simulation is a small process where a puck is ejected from the magazine, then lifted to the next stage using pneumatic cylinders. The puck then moves past 3 sensors to determine the material of the puck. The pucks are then transported further along a conveyor belt to sort them into their respective bins.

This can be controlled using both the HMI and push buttons.
The HMI also provides a visualization of what is happening in the process.

Product specification

Power supply: AC 230V 50/60Hz.
Dimensions (mm): 1200 x 750 x 1500.
The module is built in aluminum.
Controlled by PLC, with the option to choose between Siemens and Mitsubishi.
The HMI is also included as the platform to control the process.
